摘 要:为研究东帕米尔高原不同海拔梯度单一类群地方鸡适应性,笔者对塔县、乌恰县、疏勒县3地平均15月龄地方鸡进行体重及体尺测量和相关性分析。结果显示,性别是引起适应性差异的重要因素。乌恰县土鸡表现出更强的适应性。研究结果表明,找到高原适应能力较强的地方鸡,可快速可持续地培育出既高产又能很好适应帕米尔高原环境的地方鸡品种,这对家禽的优化育种和疾病防治有重大影响,同时也为保护和开发南疆地方鸡的遗传资源提供参考信息。To study the adaptation of a single taxon of endemic chickens to different altitudinal gradients on the Eastern Pamir Plateau,We measured the body weight and body size and correlation analysis of the average 15-month-old local chickens in Tashikurgan, Wuqia and Sule counties. The results showed that gender was an important factor in adaptive differences. The results of the study indicate that finding local chickens with strong plateau adaptation ability can achieve rapid and sustainable breeding of local chicken breeds that are both highly productive and well adapted to the Pamir plateau environment, which has significant implications for optimal poultry breeding and disease control, as well as providing reference information for the conservation and development of local chicken genetic resources in southern Xinjiang.
