摘　　要：心力衰竭(HF)是心血管疾病发展的终末阶段,严重影响患者的生存质量及预后。近年来,射血分数保留型心力衰竭(HFpEF)约占HF总人数的50%,它正日益成为一个全球健康问题。左心房对于调节左室充盈量和维持全心功能至关重要,最近研究发现左心房功能在HFpEF的发生和进展中发挥着重要作用,与HFpEF的不良预后独立相关。因此,该文对HFpEF与左心房结构和功能二者关系展开综述,以期进一步认识左心房结构和功能在HFpEF患者诊断和评估中的重要性。Heart failure(HF)is the end-stage of cardiovascular disease progression and seriously affects the quality of survival and prognosis of patients.In recent years,heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)accounts for approximately 50% of all HF cases and it is increasingly becoming a global health problem.The left atrium is critical for regulating left ventricular filling volume and maintaining whole heart function and recent studies have found that left atrial function plays an important role in the development and progression of HFpEF and is independently associated with a poor prognosis of HFpEF.Therefore,this article reviews the relationship between HFpEF and left atrial structure and function,with the aim of further understanding the importance of left atrial structure and function in the diagnosis and evaluation of patients with HFpEF.
