摘　　要：目的探讨国内肿瘤舌象研究文献计量学分析及研究热点。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG DATA)、维普网(VIP)进行文献检索;统计文献发表时间、核心作者、期刊分布、关键词等内容。应用Citespace软件对关键词进行聚类分析,选择浅语义索引算法标记聚类,通过时间线视图展示聚类,并检测高强度突变词。结果纳入312篇文献,20年来发文量呈上升趋势,通过定量分析找到该研究领域高产机构、研究团队、研究学者。上海中医药大学发文10篇,是发文量最大的研究机构;路艳发文8篇是最高产作者;辽宁中医杂志是载文最多的期刊。关键词“舌象”出现频次最高(72次),中心性最高(0.55);形成了12个较为合理的聚类。结论肿瘤中医证候分布规律、舌象参数与理化指标相关性研究、肿瘤舌象参数定量化研究、舌苔脱落细胞凋亡机制研究、数据挖掘及图像处理等为该领域热点内容。Objective To explore the literature metrological analysis and research hotspots of tongue image research in China.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang Data and VIP were searched for literature.The publication time, core authors, journal distribution, key words and other contents were counted. CiteSpace software was used for keyword clustering analysis. Shallow semantic indexing algorithm was selected to mark the clustering, and the clustering was displayed through the timeline view, and the high-intensity mutation words were detected.Results 312 literatures were included, and the number of published papers showed an increasing trend in the past 20 years.Through quantitative analysis, high-yield institutions, research teams and researchers in this research field were found.Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published 10 papers, which was the research institution with largest number of publication. Lu Yan published 8 articles and was the most productive author. Liaoning Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the most published journal. The frequency of tongue image was the highest(72 times),and the centrality was the highest(0.55). Twelve reasonable clusters were formed. Conclusion The research on the distribution of TCM tumor syndromes, the correlation between tongue parameters and physical and chemical indexes, the quantitative research on tongue parameters, the mechanism of apoptosis of tongue coating shedding cells, data mining and image processing are the hot topics in this field.
