摘　　要：目的为系统研究河南省1980—2018年医药卫生科技发展情况,对河南省医药卫生科技成果进行统计分析。方法资料来源于河南省医学科技成果获奖项目档案,采用频数、构成比进行一般描述,采用方差分析、χ^(2)检验等方法进行组间比较。结果1980—2018年河南省医药卫生科技成果获奖项目共计2594项,获奖数量呈稳定增加趋势。研究单位分布广泛,申报单位独立完成占比73.25%。获奖项目最多的一级学科为临床医学(69.16%),其中外科学、内科学和肿瘤学为我省优势学科。一等奖项目增加明显,委直属单位、高校附属医院占比均大于30.00%,地市级单位所占比重较小,仅为4.00%。结论河南省医药卫生科技成果奖的设立,充分发挥了激发、引领全省科技创新作用,对促进我省医疗卫生事业成效显著。Objective To systematically study the development of medical and health scientific research in Henan Province from 1980 to 2018,a statistical analysis of the scientific and technological achievements of Henan Province was carried out.Methods The data came from the archives of the award-winning projects of medical science and technology achievements in Henan Province.Frequency and composition ratio were used for general description,t-test,χ^(2) test and other methods are used for comparison between groups in this study.Results From 1980 to 2018,there were a total of 2594 award-winning projects of Henan medical and health science and technology progress award,and the number of awards had a steady increasing trend.The research institutes were widely distributed,and the proportion of one institute completed by their own was 73.25%.The first-level discipline with the most award-winning projects was clinical medicine(69.16%),of which surgery,internal medicine and oncology were the dominant disciplines in our province.The number of first prize winners had increased significantly,the provincial institutes and university and their affiliated hospitals accounted for more than 30.00%.However,the municipal and county institutes accounted for only 4.00%.Conclusion The establishment of Henan medical and health science and technology achievement award has fully played a role in stimulating and leading scientific and technological innovation in the province,and it has greatly promoted the development of medical and health undertakings in Henan Province.
