细节护理在小儿发育性髋关节脱位手术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨细节护理在小儿发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)术后的护理效果。方法 于2020年1月至2022年1月,在我院收治的DDH患儿中抽取70例作为试验对象,随机分为对照组(35例,DDH术后给予常规护理)与观察组(35例,DDH术后给予细节护理),比较护理干预对两组患儿(体现在6个方面的差异:优良率、并发症、下肢运动功能、疼痛情况、住院时间、髋关节功能恢复情况)、患儿照顾者(体现在3个方面的差异:对疼痛相关知识的知晓率、负性情绪、满意度情况)所产生的影响。结果在护理干预对患儿产生影响方面,与对照组的优良率、总并发症相比,观察组的优良率明显更高,发生并发症的例数及总并发症发生率更低,差异有显著性(P <0.05);与对照组护理后的FMA评分、VAS评分、Harris评分、住院时间相比,观察组的FMA评分、Harris评分均更高,VAS评分更低,住院时间更短,差异有显著性(P <0.05)。在护理干预对患儿照顾者产生影响方面,与对照组护理后患儿照顾者对疾病相关知识的知晓率、护理满意度相比,观察组患儿照顾者的知晓率、护理满意度(体现在沟通能力、操作技能以及护理态度、护理舒适性方面)更高,差异有显著性(P <0.05)。与对照组护理后的SAS评分相比,观察组的SAS评分更低,差异有显著性(P <0.05)。结论 实施细节护理能够显著提高DDH术后患儿的优良率,减少并发症的发生,缓解疼痛,髋关节功能恢复良好;同时有助于改善患儿照顾者的焦虑心理,提高护理满意度,并对术后疼痛护理的知识有所提升。Objective To explore the nursing effect of detailed nursing in children with developmental dislocation of the hip(DDH).Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,70 children with DDH admitted to our hospital were selected as experimental subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(35 cases,routine nursing after DDH operation) and observation group(35 cases,detailed nursing after DDH operation),compared the nursing intervention on the two groups of children(differences in 6 aspects:excellent and good rate,complications,lower extremity motor function,pain,hospitalization time,hip joint function recovery),patients with The impact of child caregivers(differentiated in 3 aspects:awareness of pain-related knowledge,negative emotions,and satisfaction).Results In terms of the impact of nursing intervention on children,compared with the excellent and good rate and total complications of the control group,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher,the number of cases of complications and the incidence of total complications were lower,there was significant(P<0.05);compared with the FMA score,VAS score,Harris score,and hospitalization time of the control group,the observation group had higher FMA score,Harris score,lower VAS score,and shorter hospitalization time,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In terms of the impact of nursing intervention on the caregivers of children,compared with the awareness rate of disease-related knowledge and nursing satisfaction of caregivers of children in the control group after nursing,the awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of caregivers of children in the observation group(reflected In terms of communication ability,operation skills,nursing attitude and nursing comfort),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the SAS score of the control group after nursing,the SAS score of the observation group was lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing detailed nursing can significantly improve the exc
