磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗小儿季节性流感的效果及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的 评价小儿季节性流感应用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗的效果及对安全性的影响。方法 将我院2019年5月至2021年11月接收的64例季节性流感患儿作为本次研究的主体,回顾患儿的相关资料,将其按不同的治疗形式分为对照组和观察组。32例对照组采用常规药物治疗,基于此,32例观察组采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,对比两组炎性因子水平、症状消失时间、治疗总有效率、生活质量、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前两组患儿的C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-2、肿瘤坏死因子α、淋巴细胞百分数相比,无显著性差异(P> 0.05);治疗后两组以上指标均下降,且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患儿的咳嗽缓解、退热、咳嗽消失、咽痛等消失时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组生活质量的角色功能、认知功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组不良反应发生率少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在小儿季节性流感患儿治疗中采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,既能改善患儿的临床症状、降低机体炎性因子水平,又能提升治疗效果与患儿生活质量。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of seasonal influenza in children.Methods The 64 children with seasonal influenza received by our hospital from May 2019 to November 2021 were taken as the subjects of this study.The relevant data of the children were reviewed and divided into control groups and observation groups according to different treatment forms.Thirtytwo cases in the control group were treated with conventional drugs.Based on this,32 cases in the observation group were treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules.The levels of inflammatory factors,the time of disappearance of symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment,quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor α,there was no difference in lymphocyte percentage(P>0.05).But after treatment,the above indexes of the two groups decreased,and C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor in the observation group α.The percentage of lymphocytes in the control group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough relief,fever relief,disappearance of cough and pharyngeal pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of role function,cognitive function,physical function,emotional function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with seasonal influenza,oseltamivir phosphate granules can not only improve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,but also play an important rol
