心脏彩超在诊断慢性心力衰竭时的临床价值观察

摘　　要：目的 探究在慢性心力衰竭中应用心脏彩超诊断的临床价值。方法 随机抽取68例慢性心力衰竭的患者纳入研究范围,均于2017年10月至2019年10月入我院接受诊治,将其纳入试验组研究范围,选取同期体检的健康人群(n=68),将其纳入对照组研究范围,均对两组患者应用心脏彩超进行检查,分析心脏彩超的检查价值。结果 试验组患者的左心室射血分数(35.11±11.72)%,显著低于对照组(62.79±12.65)%,试验组的左心室舒张末期内径(53.25±11.69)mm及左心房内径(49.74±10.59)mm,显著高于对照组(45.74±9.58)mm、(21.96±6.87)mm,差异显著,P <0.05。结论 采用心脏彩超对慢性心力衰竭患者病症进行诊断过程中,能够根据左心室射血分数、左心房内径以及左心室舒张末期内径鉴别患者病症情况,诊断价值显著。Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.Methods Sixtyeight patients with chronic heart failure were randomly selected to be included in the experimental study.They were all admitted to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from October 2017 to October 2019.They were included in the study scope of the experimental group.Healthy people(n=68)who had physical examination at the same time were selected to be included in the study scope of the control group.Both groups were examined by color Doppler echocardiography,and the examination value of color Doppler echocardiography was analyzed.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group [(35.11±11.72)%] was significantly lower than that in the control group [(62.79±12.65)%],and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter [(53.25±11.69) mm] and left atrial diameter [(49.74±10.59) mm] in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(45.74±9.58) mm,(21.96±6.87) mm(P<0.05)].Conclusion In the process of diagnosing chronic heart failure patients by color Doppler echocardiography,the patients can be differentiated according to left ventricular ejection fraction,left atrial diameter and left ventricular end diastolic diameter.
