阶段性持续健康教育在剖宫产护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 对于剖宫产患者护理工作中应用阶段性持续健康教育的护理效果进行探讨。方法 选择2018年9月至2020年3月接诊的剖宫产患者100例作为观察对象,根据患者的入院顺序对其进行分组,其中50例接受临床常规护理措施的患者纳入对照组,余50例接受阶段性健康教育的患者纳入研究组,对比两组患者的护理满意度、负性情绪改善情况和手术后身体恢复程度。结果研究组下床活动时间、母乳喂养时间以及排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理后,研究组安全感评分、舒适度评分、焦虑量表评分以及抑郁量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对于剖宫产患者,在护理工作中应用阶段性持续健康教育的效果明显,能够有效缓解患者的负性情绪,促进术后身体恢复,提高患者对护理工作的满意程度。Objective To explore the specific methods and nursing effects of periodic continuous health education in the nursing work of cesarean section patients.Methods A total of 100 cesarean section patients admitted from September 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the observation objects,and they were grouped according to the order of admission of the patients.Among them,50 patients who received clinical routine nursing measures were included in the control group,and the remaining 50 patients were included in the control group.Patients who received periodic health education were included in the research group,and the nursing satisfaction,improvement of negative emotions and physical recovery after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The time of getting out of bed,breastfeeding time and exhausting time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the security score,comfort score,anxiety scale score and depression scale score of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For cesarean section patients,the application of staged continuous health education in nursing work has obvious effects,which can effectively relieve patients’ negative emotions,promote postoperative physical recovery,and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing work.
