摘　　要：目的 探究优质护理应用于上消化道出血合并胃溃疡患者护理中的效果。方法 筛选88例来我院就诊的上消化道出血合并胃溃疡患者为研究对象,分组基准为系统抽样法,各44例,对照组实行基础护理,观察组基于此实行优质护理,对比组间护理效果。结果 组间生活质量评分对比,观察组较对照组更高(P <0.05);组间护理满意度对比,观察组较对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论 优质护理应用于上消化道出血合并胃溃疡患者护理中,可平复患者负面情绪,提升患者护理满意度,促进护患关系,保证患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and gastric ulcer.Methods Eighty-eight patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and gastric ulcer who came to our hospital were selected as the research objects.The grouping standard was a systematic sampling method,with 44 cases in each.The control group performed basic nursing,and the observation group performed high-quality nursing based on this,and compared between-group nursing effect.Results Comparison of the quality of life scores between groups,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of nursing satisfaction between the groups,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing is used in the nursing of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and gastric ulcer,which can calm the negative emotions of the patients,improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction,promote the nurse-patient relationship,and ensure the patient’s quality of life.
