以实际需求为导向的护理干预在腹腔镜辅助下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析以实际需求为导向的护理干预对腹腔镜辅助下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后恢复的影响。方法 选取我院180例腹腔镜辅助下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者(2019年2月至2021年2月),依照护理干预方案不同分为两组,对照组(88例)接受常规护理干预,观察组(92例)在对照组基础上接受以实际需求为导向的护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果 在术后恢复方面,与对照组对比,观察组术后排气、排便、进食、导尿管拔除、下床活动时间均更短(P <0.05);在并发症方面,观察组并发症发生率(3.26%)较对照组(26.14%)更低(P <0.05);在舒适度方面,观察组舒适度水平较对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论 以实际需求为导向的护理干预应用于腹腔镜辅助下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,能促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症,提高舒适度。Objective To analyze the effect of demand-oriented nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Select our hospital from 180 patients with laparoscopic assisted uterine fibroids rejecting operation(in February 2019to February 2021),according to the different nursing intervention program is divided into two groups,control group(88 cases) received routine nursing intervention,the observation group(92 cases) in the control group on the basis of actual demand oriented nursing intervention,compared two groups of intervention effect.Results Postoperative recovery:compared with the control group,the time of postoperative exhaust,defecation,feeding,catheter extraction and ambulation were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Complications:the incidence of complications in the observation group(3.26%) was lower than that in the control group(26.14%)(P<0.05).Comfort level:the comfort level of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Practical demand-oriented nursing intervention can promote postoperative recovery,reduce complications and improve comfort in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.
