精细护理在老年干部糖尿病患者病房中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 对精细护理在老年干部糖尿病患者病房中的效果进行分析。方法 回顾性分析2018年10月至2020年1月干部保健病房收入的患者资料,纳入符合研究标准的80例糖尿病患者,分组方式采用双盲法,将其均分为对比组、观察组,各40例。为纳入对比组的患者实施干部保健病房常规护理,为纳入观察组的患者实施精细护理,就两组患者接受不同护理模式前后的应用效果予以对比。结果 在焦虑、抑郁评分上,护理前两组患者指标差异无显著性(P> 0.05),护理后两组患者不良情绪均有所改善,且接受精细护理的观察组改善效果较对比组更显著,差异有显著性(P <0.05);在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖上,护理前两组患者上述指标差异无显著性(P> 0.05),护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均有所改善,且观察组改善情况较对比组更佳,差异有显著性(P <0.05);在患者自我管理能力上,观察组服药依从性、合理饮食、合理运动及维持血糖监测的比例均高于对比组,差异有显著性(P <0.05)。结论 针对干部保健病房的糖尿病患者,为其实施精细护理可有效改善患者的不良情绪,并帮助其建立积极的心态,有利于治疗顺利开展;同时可以更好的控制患者血糖,对遵医用药、合理饮食、合理运动及定期血糖监测等自我管理提高;另外,还可以提高患者对护理的满意度,有利于促进护患关系合谐发展。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of fine nursing in the ward of elderly cadres with diabetes mellitus.Methods Patient data from cadre health care wards from October 2018 to January 2020,80 diabetic patients who met the research criteria were included,and the grouping method was double-blind.They were equally divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 40 patients example.In order to implement routine nursing in cadre health care ward for patients in the control group and fine nursing for patients in the observation group,the application effect of two groups of patients before and after receiving different nursing modes was compared.Results Compared with the scores of anxiety and depression,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the bad emotions of the two groups were improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group receiving fine nursing was more significant,and the difference of the indexes was in line with the statistical value(P<0.05).Compared with fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing,there was no statistical value(P>0.05).The related indicators were improved after nursing,and the improvement of the observation group was better,the differences of indicators were in line with the statistical value(P<0.05).Compared with the self-management ability of patients,the indicators of medication compliance,reasonable diet,reasonable exercise and maintenance of blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were at a high level,and the differences of indicators were in line with the statistical value statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diabetic patients in the cadre health ward,the implementation of meticulous nursing can effectively improve the patient’s negative emotions,and help them establish a positive attitude,which is conducive to the smooth development of treatment;Self-management such as diet,reasonable exercise
