探讨优质护理服务在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 观察优质护理服务在妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)产妇产后护理中的应用效果。方法 将2017年1月至2019年12月本院接收的80例PIH产妇收入试验,基于双模拟法分为对照组(40例,常规护理方法)和观察组(40例,优质护理服务模式),对两组产妇产后不同时间出血量、新生儿体质量、新生儿Apgar评分、护理满意度和血压水平进行对比。结果 观察组产后2 h、12h、24h出血量以及新生儿体质量、新生儿Apgar评分、血压水平均比对照组优(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度(95.00%)比对照组(77.50%)高(P <0.05)。结论 予以PIH产妇优质护理服务,除改善血压水平、产后出血量和新生儿Apgar评分外,有助于护患关系改善。Objective To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing service in postpartum nursing of pregnant women with hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy.Methods Between January 2017 and December 2019 in our hospital to receive the 80 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(maternal income in this experiment,based on double simulation method can be divided into the control group(40 cases,the conventional nursing method) and observation group(40 cases,the high-quality nursing service mode),postpartum blood loss,neonatal body weight,neonatal Apgar score,nursing satisfaction and blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss,body weight,Apgar score and blood pressure in the observation group at 2 hours,12 hours and 24 hours postpartum were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Besides improving blood pressure level,postpartum blood loss and Apgar score of newborn,the high-quality nursing service for puerpera with gestational hypertension syndrome is helpful to improve the nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of adoption.
