人性化护理在白血病化疗PICC置管患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研讨人性化护理应用于白血病化疗PICC置管患者中的效果。方法 选择2020年7月至2021年7月我院白血病化疗PICC置管患者200例,参照组100例,予以患者常规护理对策;研究组100例,实施人性化护理服务。比对两组不同方案护理后的一次性置管成功率、护理依从性、健康知识掌握度、日常生活质量评分以及不安全事件。结果 研究组一次性置管成功率98.00%,高于参照组的80.00%,(P <0.05)。研究组护理依从性、健康知识掌握度、日常生活质量评分均高于参照组,(P <0.05)。研究组护理不安全事件低于参照组,(P <0.05)。结论 人性化护理临床应用率较高,针对白血病化疗PICC置管患者应用效果确切,有效提高患者护理依从性,还可增强其对自身疾病的认知度,更可减低相关不良反应出现,符合临床护理需求。Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing on patients with PICC catheter in leukemia chemotherapy.Methods Two hundred patients with PICC catheterization in leukemia chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected,and 100 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing countermeasures;100 cases in the study group:implement humanized nursing service:compare the success rate of one-time catheterization,nursing compliance,mastery of health knowledge,score of quality of daily life and unsafe event after different nursing schemes in the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time catheterization in the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing compliance,mastery of health knowledge and quality of daily life in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The unsafe event of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application rate of humanized nursing is high.The application effect of PICC catheterization for leukemia chemotherapy patients is accurate,which can effectively improve patients’ nursing compliance,enhance their awareness of their own diseases,reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions,and meet the needs of clinical nursing.
