摘　　要：经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)主要指的是应用导管自受试者的外周手臂开展静脉穿刺给药操作,令导管能够直接抵达临近心脏大静脉置管方案。恶性肿瘤患者在接受PICC治疗之前非常容易出现多类并发症,引发患者的静脉通路创立受阻。PICC为一种经静脉穿刺的给药手段,能够在很大程度上规避化疗药物和静脉输液药品对于患者血管损伤度,但临床中,在对患者应用PICC置管过程中,也会出现并发症。文章结合实际情况,对恶性肿瘤患者出现PICC并发症影响因素加以研究,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。Peripheral venipuncture central venous catheterization(PICC)mainly refers to the use of catheters to carry out venipuncture and drug administration from the subjects'peripheral arms,so that the catheters can directly reach the large veins adjacent to the heart.Patients with malignant tumors are very prone to many types of complications before receiving PICC therapy,which may lead to obstruction of the establishment of venous access for patients.PICC is a method of administration through venipuncture,which can largely avoid the degree of vascular damage caused by chemotherapy drugs and intravenous infusion drugs.Based on the actual situation,this article studies the influencing factors of PICC complications in patients with malignant tumors,aiming to provide references for the research work of relevant personnel.
