摘　　要：目的:探究在治疗子宫内膜息肉时,将宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术(Transcervical Resection of Polyp,TCRP)与左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)相结合的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年6月到本院接受治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者80例,按病例建立先后顺序将其平均分为两组。其中,观察组患者40例,采用宫腔镜下TCRP联合LNG-IUS治疗;对照组患者40例,采用宫腔镜下TCRP治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度以及术后复发情况。结果:观察组的子宫内膜厚度与术后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。组间治疗前月经量、血红蛋白水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组月经量低于对照组,血红蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗子宫内膜息肉患者时,采用TCRP联合LNG-IUS的治疗方式,能够有效抑制术后子宫内膜增生,减少复发,具有显著的临床治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combining hysteroscopic hysterectomy(TCRP)with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system(LNGIUS)in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,80 EP patients were divided into two groups.Of these,40 patients in the observation group were treated with TCRP combined with LNG-IUS,and 40 patients in the control group were treated with TCRP to compare the endometrial thickness and blood red before and after treatment.protein levels and postoperative recurrence.results:the data showed that the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the postoperative recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual volume and hemoglobin level between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and hemoglobin was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of endometrial polyps patients,the use of TCRP combined with LNG-IUS treatment can effectively inhibit postoperative endometrial hyperplasia,and reduce recurrence,has a significant clinical effect.
