机用镍钛器械与手动不锈钢器械在根管治疗中的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析机用镍钛器械与手动不锈钢器械在根管治疗中的临床有效性。方法:选择2019年6月12日~2020年6月12日本院收治的160例根尖周炎以及牙髓炎小儿患者为研究对象,按照患者治疗方案不同将其分为对照组84例以及观察组88例。对照组患者应用MANI不锈钢手动锉+逐步深入法实施根管预备工作,观察组患者应用M3PRO机用镍钛器械冠根向深入法完成根管预备工作,分析治疗结果。结果:相较于对照组,观察组患者根尖堵塞以及过度预备发生率明显更低,组间数据存在统计学意义,P<0.05;和对照组相比,观察组患者Ⅱ~Ⅲ级疼痛发生率明显更低,P<0.05。结论:在对患者开展根管治疗工作过程中,应用机用镍钛器械完成机械预备工作,可减少患者术后不良反应发生率,该法安全性强。Objective:To analyze the clinical effectiveness of nickel titanium instruments and manual stainless steel instruments in root canal therapy.Methods:A total of 160 children with periapical periodontitis and pulpitis who were admitted to a Japanese hospital from June 12,2019 to June 12,2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group of 84 cases and observation group of 88 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with the MANI stainless steel manual file+step-by-step in-depth method for root canal preparation,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the M3PRO mechanical nickel-titanium instrument to complete the root canal preparation by the crown-root in-depth method,and the treatment results were analyzed.Results:Compared to the control group,the incidence of apical embolism and overpreparation in the observation group was significantly lower,data between groups were statistically significant,P<0.05;Compared to the control group,the incidence of gradeⅡ~Ⅲpain in the observation group was significantly lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:During root canal therapy,application of Ni-Ti machine to complete mechanical preparation,it can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,this method is safe.
