呼吸重症监护病房的器械管理应用8S护理管理模式的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究呼吸重症监护病房的器械管理应用8S护理管理模式的效果。方法:收集2019年1月~2020年3月本院的70套医疗器械开展研究,并对其管理前后的呼吸重症监护病房器械的状态、保养、入库、盘点以及发放情况进行对比,同时对8S管理法的应用成效进行评估。结果:在8S管理模式实行之后,在呼吸重症病房中,其器械消毒合格率(91.43%)、器械完好率(94.29%)明显高于管理前(71.43%,77.14%),有统计学意义(P<0.05);和管理前相对比,管理后,医务人员使用满意度明显提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在呼吸重症监护病房的器械管理中,8S护理管理能够提高器械消毒合格率和器械完好率,同时对于进一步提高医务人员使用满意度也是非常重要的,能够保证医疗安全,对于进一步提高工作质量和工作成效都是非常有利的。Objective:To study the effect of applying 8S nursing management model to equipment management in respiratory intensive care unit.Methods:Collected 70 sets of medical devices in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 for research,and compared the status,maintenance,storage,inventory and distribution of the respiratory intensive care unit before and after their management.At the same time,it evaluates the application effect of 8S management method.Results:After the implementation of the 8S management model,in the respiratory intensive care unit,the qualified rate of equipment disinfection(91.43%)and the equipment intact rate(94.29%)were significantly higher than those before management(71.43%,77.14%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the pre-management,after the management,the satisfaction of medical staff was significantly improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the equipment management of the respiratory intensive care unit,8S nursing management can improve the equipment sterilization qualification rate and the equipment integrity rate,and it is also very important to further improve the satisfaction of medical staff.It can ensure medical safety and further improve the quality of work.The results of the work are very beneficial.
