浅析主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)应用于心肌血管重建治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：主动脉内球囊反搏属于当前医院应用较多的一种心室辅助装置,并且得到的应用效果比较理想。主动脉内球囊反搏尽管并非真正意义上的血泵,但是可以经放置在降主动脉内的气囊组织,促使将患者平均动脉压进行提升,增加冠状动脉血流,确保心肌供氧量,而且降低心肌缺血状况。运用主动脉内球囊反搏治疗期间,可以辅助将患者心脏后负荷削弱的同时提升心输出量,达到减小舒张末期容积、臂力张力目标,进而改善心肌功能,增强心输出量、终末器官灌注量。本文主要综述主动脉内球囊反搏术应用于心肌血管重建治疗工作中的相关内容。Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation is a kind of ventricular assist device which is widely used in hospitals at present,and the application effect is relatively ideal.Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation,while not a blood pump in the true sense,can elevate the patient’s mean arterial pressure through the balloon tissue placed in the descending aorta,increase coronary blood flow,ensure oxygen supply to the myocardium,and reduce myocardial ischemia.During the treatment of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation,it can help to weaken the patient’s cardiac afterload and increase the cardiac output at the same time,so as to achieve the goal of reducing end-diastolic volume and brachial tension,thus improving myocardial function and enhancing cardiac output and final organ perfusion.This article mainly reviews the application of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of myocardial revascularization.
