全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片在血常规检验中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析血常规检验中运用全自动血细胞分析仪、血涂片联合检验的价值,为血常规检验、临床诊治工作提供参考。方法:选择本院2019年8月~2020年6月入院接受血常规检验的患者总计150例(150份)。150份血液标本均进行全自动血细胞分析仪检验,作为对照组,联合血涂片检验,作为观察组。比较单一检验、联合检验后单独血细胞分析阳性率与复检结果以及无报警血标本血涂片细胞形态学镜检结果相关性。结果:观察组检验阳性率(8.00%)明显低于对照组(20.00%),经统计学计算P<0.05;仪器检验有100例报警提示,50例无报警提示;50例无报警提示患者白细胞分类镜检结果中,嗜碱性细胞相符性较低(8.00%vs 0),经统计学计算P<0.05。淋巴细胞以及中性粒细胞等镜检结果相符性较高,经统计学计算P>0.05。结论:对比全自动血细胞分析仪单一检验,联合血涂片血常规检验,成功提高了血常规检验准确率,利于疾病早期治疗。Objective:To analyze the value of using automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear combined test in routine blood test,to provide reference for routine blood test and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:We selected 150 patients(150 copies)who were admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to June 2020 and required routine blood tests.All 150 blood samples were tested by an automatic blood cell analyzer as a control group,combined with blood smear testing,as an observation group.The correlation between the positive rate of single blood cell analysis after single test and combined test was compared with the results of re-examination and the results of blood smear cell morphology microscopy of blood samples without warning.Results:The positive rate of the observation group(8.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%),P<0.05 by statistical calculation;there were 100 cases of alarm prompts in the instrument test,and 50 cases of no alarm prompts;Among the 50 cases of patients with no alarm prompt,the leukocyte classification and microscopic examination results showed a lower consistency of basophils(8.00%vs 0),P<0.05 by statistical calculation.The microscopic examination results of lymphocytes and neutrophils were highly consistent,P>0.05 by statistical calculation.Conclusion:Compared with the single test of the automatic blood cell analyzer,combined with the routine blood test of the blood smear,the accuracy of the blood routine test is successfully improved,which is beneficial to the early treatment of the disease.
