摘 要:目的:对超声高精细血流成像技术及彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化的临床价值进行研究。方法:选取天津港口医院于2020年2月~2021年2月收治的60例缺血性脑卒中患者,全体患者先给予彩色多普勒超声检查,检查结果记为彩超组;随后再采用超声高精细血流成像技术进行检查,结果记为高精组;比较两组的检查结果。结果:经检测,超声高精细血流成像技术在狭窄动脉检测准确性,明显优于彩色多普勒超声,P<0.05。超声高精细血流成像技术在特异性、准确性及敏感性上,均优于彩色多普勒超声检测,P<0.05。两种检查方式在颈动脉血流量(CCA、ICA、VA)和脑血流量检查中无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:超声高精细血流成像技术在颈动脉粥样硬化临床检测中,具有较高特异性、准确性和敏感性。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of high-precision flow imaging and color Doppler ultrasound in the detection of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:60 patients with ischemic stroke in Tianjin Port Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected.All patients were given color Doppler ultrasound examination first,and the examination results were recorded as color Doppler ultrasound group after;high-precision ultrasound blood flow imaging technology was used for examination,and the results were recorded as high-precision group;The results were compared between the two groups.Results:The accuracy of using high-precision ultrasound blood flow imaging technology in the detection of stenotic artery was significantly better than using color Doppler ultrasound,P<0.05.The specificity,accuracy and sensitivity of high-precision ultrasound blood flow imaging technology were better than that of color Doppler ultrasound,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the two methods in arterial blood flow(CCA,ICA,VA)and cerebral blood flow,P>0.05.Conclusion:High precision ultrasound blood flow imaging technology has high specificity,accuracy and sensitivity in the clinical detection of carotid atherosclerosis.
