腹部超声诊断输尿管中下段结石的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究分析腹部超声诊断输尿管中下段结石的应用效果与价值。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月~2020年1月本院收治的输尿管中下段结石患者100例,所有患者在后期手术病理诊断中均确认为输尿管中下段结石,在初步诊断中采用经腹部超声进行检查,分析经腹部超声对于输尿管结石的诊断效果,分析腹部超声诊断的准确率、漏诊率以及误诊率。结果:在经过规范的腹部超声诊断工作实施之后,患者的确诊率达到97%,漏诊率为2%,误诊率为1%,与实际手术病理确诊结果相比差异并不明显,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),在结果中有1例误诊为上段结石,可能与患者的结石症状与类型有一定联系。结论:输尿管中下段结石的发病率远高于输尿管上段结石,且患者有较为明显的症状表现,为准确诊断输尿管结石并进行准确分析,此次研究所采取的经腹部超声诊断,其对输尿管中下段结石规范诊断后准确率极高,对输尿管结石的分型精准,能够为临床的科学治疗方式选择提供参考价值,对患者的治疗有效率予以提高,较好地缓解患者的痛苦,诊断方式效果极好。Objective:To study the effect and value of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of middle and lower ureteral calculi.Methods:100 patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were confirmed as middle and lower ureteral calculi in the later operation and pathological diagnosis.Transabdominal ultrasound was used in the preliminary diagnosis to analyze the diagnostic effect of transabdominal ultrasound on ureteral calculi,and to analyze the accuracy,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate of transabdominal ultrasound.Results:After the standard abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the patient’s diagnosis rate reached 97%,missed diagnosis rate is 2%,misdiagnosis rate is 1%,the difference is not obvious compared with the actual surgical pathological diagnosis results,not statistically significant(P>0.05),in the results of 1 case misdiagnosed as upper stone,may be related to the symptoms and types of stones.Conclusion:The incidence of lower ureteral stones is far higher than the upper ureteral stones,and patients have obvious symptoms,for accurate diagnosis of ureteral stones and accurate analysis,the institute adopted the abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the ureteral stone specification diagnosis after high accuracy,accurate classification of ureteral stones,can provide reference value for clinical scientific treatment selection,patient treatment efficiency to improve,better alleviate patient pain,diagnosis effect is very good.
