胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:对胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果展开分析和探讨。方法:随机选取天津市南开区中医医院内分泌科2019年1月~2020年12月收治的初诊2型糖尿病患者98例,将全部患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例;对照组采用胰岛素泵联合指尖血糖监测治疗,观察组采用胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:经治疗,观察组的治疗总有效率高达97.96%,明显优于对照组的77.55%(P<0.05);观察组的空腹血糖为(5.64±0.75)mmol/L,低于对照组的(8.74±1.56)mmol/L(P<0.05);观察组的空腹胰岛素为(136.17±25.16)pmol/L,高于对照组的(118.26±21.45)pmol/L(P<0.05);观察组的空腹C肽释放指标为(4.15±1.37)ng/mL,高于对照组的(1.97±0.46)ng/mL(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测治疗2型糖尿病的效果显著,能有效改善2型糖尿病患者的病情状况,并延缓病情的发展。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of insulin pump combined with dynamic glucose monitoring in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:98 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Tianjin Nankai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group;The control group was treated with insulin pump combined with fingertip blood glucose monitoring,and the observation group was treated with insulin pump combined with dynamic glucose monitoring.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,which was significantly better than 77.55%of the control group(P<0.05);The fasting blood glucose of the observation group was(5.64±0.75)mmol/L,which was lower than(8.74±1.56)mmol/L of the control group(P<0.05);Fasting insulin in the observation group was(136.17±25.16)pmol/L,which was higher than that in the control group(118.26±21.45)pmol/L(P<0.05);The fasting C-peptide Release index of the observation group was(4.15±1.37)ng/mL,which was higher than that of the control group(1.97±0.46)ng/mL(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of insulin pump combined with dynamic glucose monitoring in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is significant,which can effectively improve the condition of patients with type 2 diabetes,and delay the development of the disease.
