摘　　要：巨噬细胞是一种多功能的固有免疫细胞,具有异质性和可塑性,在器官发育、维持组织稳态、炎症与组织修复中均起着重要作用。巨噬细胞是心肌组织中比例最多的免疫细胞,根据功能分为炎症性(M1)或修复性(M2)两种极化表型,这种分类方法是将巨噬细胞在体外与特定细胞因子共培养,来定义巨噬细胞的功能,被认为过于简单。最新研究根据巨噬细胞的起源和其表面CC类趋化因子受体2(CCR2),将巨噬细胞分为CCR2^(-)和CCR2^(+)两大类,在心肌炎症和损伤中执行各种功能以响应不断变化的组织环境,是研究的热点。心血管疾病是全球发病率最高的疾病之一。越来越多的证据表明,心肌巨噬细胞在心肌损伤后引发的急性炎症和再生过程中起着关键和复杂的作用。本文根据最新的研究,详细说明巨噬细胞的分类和功能的多样性,及其在心脏疾病中的研究进展。Macrophages are multifunctional immune cells with heterogeneity and plasticity.They are important mediators of inflammation and tissue remodeling and play a vital role in the process of organ development and maintenance of tissue homeostasis.Macrophages are the most abundant immune cells in myocardium which are divided into classical(M1)and alternative(M2)polarization phenotypes according to their functions.This classification method is to co-culture macrophages with specific cytokines in vitro to define the functions,which is considered too simple.At present,macrophages are divided into CC chemokine receptor 2(CCR2)and CCR2^(-) subgroups according to their origin and its surface receptors CCR2^(+).Macrophages become a hotspot of research for they performing various functions in response to the changing tissue environment during myocardial inflammation and injury.Cardiovascular disease is one of the most common diseases in the world.Accumulating evidence suggests that myocardial macrophages play a critical and complex role in acute inflammation and regeneration following myocardial injury.Based on the latest research,this paper detail the diversity of properties and functions of macrophages and their current research status in cardiac disease.
