甘草锌颗粒联合红蓝光治疗青春期痤疮的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨甘草锌颗粒联合红蓝光治疗青春期痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月于坪山区人民医院就诊的109例青春期痤疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)和治疗组(55例)。对照组患者采用克痤隐酮凝胶治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用甘草锌颗粒联合红蓝光治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不同类型皮损数目、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组的总有效率为96.39%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者不同类型皮损数目比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的皮损数目均少于治疗前,且治疗组的皮损数目少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青春期痤疮患者在克痤隐酮凝胶治疗基础上,接受甘草锌颗粒联合红蓝光治疗,效果更佳,不同类型皮损数目情况改善更佳,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Licorzine Granules combined with red and blue light in the treatment of adolescent acne.Methods A total of 109 adolescent acne patients treated in Pingshan District People′s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group(54 cases)and treatment group(55 cases)by random number table method.Control group was treated with Kecuo Yintong Gel,and treatment group was treated with Licorzine Granules combined with red and blue light.The therapeutic effect,the number of different types of skin lesions and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.39%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of different types of skin lesions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of skin lesions in both groups was less than before treatment,and the number of skin lesions in the treatment group was less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the treatment of Kecuo Yintong Gel,the treatment of adolescent acne patients with Licorzine Granules combined with red and blue light has better effect,and the number of different types of skin lesions is better,which is worth promoting.
