摘　　要：目的探讨揿针疗法在脑出血重症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年11月九江市第一人民医院收治的60例脑出血重症患者作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法将其分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用单纯鼻饲标准肠内营养液,观察组在对照组基础上加用揿针疗法。比较两组患者的肠内营养相关性腹泻发生率、营养学指标、重症监护室(ICU)住院时间。结果观察组的肠内营养相关性腹泻发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后的转铁蛋白(TRF)、血红蛋白(Hb)、前白蛋白(PAB)水平高于本组干预前,观察组干预后的TRF、Hb、PAB水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的ICU住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血重症患者给予揿针疗法可有效预防肠内营养相关性腹泻,对营养学指标有显著调节作用,可缩短患者ICU住院时间。Objective To explore the application effect of pressing acupuncture in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted in the Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by random ball-touching method.The control group was received pure nasogastric standard enteral nutrient solution,and the observation group was received screw acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The incidence of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea,nutritional indicators and length of intensive care unit(ICU)stay were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of transferrin(TRF),hemoglobin(Hb)and prealbumin(PAB)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels of TRF,Hb and PAB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of ICU stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In severe patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,the treatment of screw acupuncture can effectively prevent enteral nutrition-related diarrhea,significantly regulate the nutritional indicators,and shorten the ICU hospitalization time of patients.
