摘  要:当前大型火力发电机组的一次调频性能对于维持电网稳定运行至关重要。机组一次调频太强对于电网冲击太大,调频性能太弱则失去一次调频意义。对660 MW机组一次调频控制回路进行分析,并在60%负荷及90%负荷工况下进行调频回路试验。依据试验结果分析,提出针对DEH侧一次调频回路优化及CCS侧一次调频回路的优化方案。再以60%负荷及90%负荷工况进行一次调频回路优化后调频试验,试验结果表明,调频幅值、调频时间、前30 s动作幅值均满足要求,满足一次调频投入条件。At present,the primary frequency regulation performance of large thermal power units is very important to maintain the stable operation of power grid.If the unit’s primary frequency regulation is too strong,it will have a great impact on the power grid,and if the frequency regulation performance is too weak,it will lose the significance of primary frequency regulation.This paper analyzes the primary frequency regulation control loop of 660 MW Unit,and carries out the frequency regulation loop test under 60%load and 90%load conditions.According to the analysis of the test results,this paper puts forward specific schemes for the optimization of DEH side primary frequency regulation circuit and CCS side primary frequency regulation circuit.Then the primary frequency regulation loop is optimized and the FM test is carried out under 60%load and 90%load conditions.The test results show that the amplitude of FM,FM time and the amplitude of the pre 30s action meet the requirements,which satisfies the input condition of primary frequency modulation.
