摘  要:原油的重质化、劣质化导致原油的含酸量、含硫量、含盐量增高,使得加工过程中设备及管道的腐蚀问题日益严重。目前解决腐蚀问题的方法主要是加强防腐工艺、升级设备、工艺管线材质、调整操作等。但是这些一些方法成本相对较高且无法从源头上解决腐蚀问题。文章通过微萃取耦合分离除盐技术原理,结合该技术在某石化公司480万吨/年催化裂化装置的分馏塔上的应用实例发现微萃取耦合分离除盐技术防腐蚀效果明显。该技术的成功应用能够提升企业的经济安全效益,具有较好推广价值。The trend of heavy and poor quality of crude oil increases the acid content,sulfur content and salt content of crude oil,resulting in the increasingly serious corrosion of equipment and pipelines in the processing process.Main methods to solve the corrosion problems of pipeline materials and equipment at present,adjustment operation,etc.These not only cost relatively high,but also can not solve the corrosion problem from the source.Based on the principle of microextraction coupled separation and desalination technology,combined with the application example of this technology in the fractionator of 4.8 million T/a catalytic cracking unit of a petrochemical company,it is found that microextraction coupled separation and desalination technology has obvious anti-corrosion effect.The successful application of this technology improves the economic and safety benefits of enterprises and has good popularization value.
