摘　　要：联醇生产是将甲醇生产串联在合成氨工业中的,大多是以煤为原料生产所需的原料气。合成氨联产甲醇工艺是将脱碳后的合成气直接合成甲醇,剩余的含0.7%CO的气体再送至铜洗工段,进行脱碳,来满足合成氨的工艺要求,以充分利用合成气中的碳资源。联醇生产中包含甲醇合成和粗甲醇精馏两部分。该设计采用联醇生产方法生产7万吨99.5%精甲醇,设计选用制造原料气的原料为煤,通过燃料的气化,气体的脱硫,变换,脱碳及甲醇合成与精馏精制后制得精甲醇。Combined alcohol production is a series of methanol production in the synthetic ammonia industry,most of which use coal as the raw material to produce the required raw material gas.The synthetic ammonia co-production methanol process is to directly synthesize methanol from the decarbonized syngas,and the remaining 0.7%CO-containing gas is sent to the copper washing section for decarbonization to meet the process requirements of synthetic ammonia and make full use of the carbon resources in the syngas.The production of bialcohols includes methanol synthesis and crude methanol rectification.The design adopts the bialcohol production method to produce 70000 tons of 99.5%refined methanol.In the design,the raw material for the production of raw gas is coal,and refined methanol is produced through fuel gasification,gas desulfurization,transformation,decarbonization,methanol synthesis and rectification.
