叶用莴苣品种资源的耐寒性及抗病性评价

摘　　要：为了筛选出耐寒、抗病的叶用莴苣品种,对55个叶用莴苣的耐寒性及病害的发生情况进行调查。结果表明:叶用莴苣室内寒害指数和田间生长量呈显著负相关,大多数莴苣品种具有较强的耐寒性。冬季温室叶用莴苣发病以霜霉病为主,软腐病其次,灰霉病最轻,发病主要在低温期过后的2月中下旬。香港玻璃生菜(S24)、福星(J9)、香港四季抗热耐抽薹生菜(W8)、意大利生菜(W1、W7)等品种耐寒性和抗病性较强,品质优良,建议大面积推广。In order to screen out the cultivars of leaf lettuce with cold tolerance and disease resistance,the cold tolerance and the occurrence of diseases of 55 leaf lettuce cultivars were investigated.The results showed that the cold injury index and the amount of fi eld growth of leaf lettuce was signifi cantly negative correlation.Most lettuce cultivars had strong tolerance to cold.The main disease of leaf lettuce in greenhouse in winter was downy mildew,followed by soft rot and gray mold,which mainly occurred in the middle and late February after the low temperature period.The cultivars of'Hong Kong glass lettuce'(S24),'Fuxing lettuce'(J9),'Hong Kong four seasons heat resistant and bolting resistant lettuce'(W8),'Italian leaf lettuce'(W1,W7)were excellent with strong cold resistance,disease resistance and good quality,which were recommended to promote them in a large area.
