摘　　要：资源型城市是我国重要的能源资源战略保障基地,但伴随着资源型城市的发展,“资源诅咒”“资源竭而城市衰”的问题日益严重。为助力化解城市经济发展、资源利用和生态环境保护之间的矛盾,文章引入生态足迹概念,通过建立模型反映生态环境与社会经济之间的复杂关系,评估我国28个资源型城市可持续发展程度。并在此基础上,利用灰色关联模型研究生态足迹与人口、GDP、第一产业、第二产业、第三产业等五个主导因素之间的关联度。在综合分析基础上,提出资源型城市未来可持续发展的相关政策建议。Resource-based cities are the energy pillar of my country′s economic and social development.However,with the development of resource-based cities,the problems of"resource curse"and"urban decline due to exhaustion of resources"are becoming more and more serious.In order to alleviate the contradiction between urban development,resource utilization and ecological environmental protection,this paper introduces the ecological footprint index to reflect the complex relationship between the ecological environment and social economy,and evaluates the sustainable development degree of 28 resource-based cities in my country.On this basis,the gray correlation model is used to study the correlation between the ecological footprint and the five dominant factors of population,economic development,and industrial structure.Finally,it puts forward relevant policy recommendations for the sustainable development of resource-based cities in the future.
