摘　　要：目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对患者血管内皮功能、CX3CL1、Vaspin表达水平的影响。方法选择2019年3月至2021年3月收治的102例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规治疗+曲美他嗪,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.04%,明显高于对照组的86.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ET-1水平及vWF低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CX3CL1水平低于对照组,Vaspin水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LVEF明显高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果满意,能够改善血管内皮功能,调节CX3CL1、Vaspin表达,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its influences on vascular endothelial function,CX3CL1 and Vaspin expression levels of patients.Methods A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris treated from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment+trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.04%,which was significantly higher than 86.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of ET-1 and vWF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of NO was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CX3CL1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the level of Vaspin was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,LVESD and LVEDD were significantly smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate combined with trimetazidine has satisfactory effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.It can improve vascular endothelial function and regulate the expression of CX3CL1 and Vaspin,which is worthy of popularization.
