摘　　要：目的探讨蒙脱石散联合红外线烤灯在Ⅱ/Ⅲ期压疮护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月某三甲医院收治的101例Ⅱ/Ⅲ期压疮患者为研究对象,采用简单随机化分组方法将其分为试验组(n=50)与对照组(n=51)。试验组采用蒙脱石散联合红外线烤灯,对照组采用常规压疮护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者的基线PUSH各项评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验结束后,试验组的PUSH各项评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结束时,两组的压疮愈合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的中位压疮愈合时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.005)。两组PUSH评分的方差分析结果显示,试验因素、测量时间以及试验因素×测量时间之间存在交互作用,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理比较,蒙脱石散联合红外线烤灯应用于Ⅱ/Ⅲ期压疮可以缩短愈合时间、提高创面愈合速度、减少渗液,但没有明显提升压疮愈合率。Objective To explore the application effect of montmorillonite powder combined with infrared baking lamp in the treatment of stageⅡ/Ⅲpressure ulcer.Methods A total of 101 cases of patients with stageⅡ/Ⅲpressure ulcer in a third class hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=51)according to the simple random grouping method.The experimental group was given montmorillonite powder combined with infrared baking lamp,and the control group was given routine pressure ulcer nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in baseline PUSH scores and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the test,the PUSH scores and total score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the healing rate of pressure ulcer between the two groups(P>0.05);the median pressure ulcer healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).The variance analysis results of PUSH scores of two groups showed that there were interactions among test factors,measurement time and test factors×measurement time,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,the montmorillonite powder combined with infrared baking lamp applied in stageⅡ/Ⅲpressure ulcer can shorten the healing time,improve the wound healing speed and reduce exudation,but it does not significantly increase the healing rate of pressure ulcer.
