摘　　要：目的探讨个性化综合护理干预对慢性消化性溃疡患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法将90例慢性消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组(n=45,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=45,个性化综合护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,CHBMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的GIQLI评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化综合护理干预有利于改善慢性消化性溃疡患者的负性情绪,提高其健康信念、生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of personalized comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with chronic peptic ulcer.Methods Ninety patients with chronic peptic ulcer were randomly divided into control group(n=45,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=45,personalized comprehensive nursing intervention).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the CHBMS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the GIQLI scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to ameliorate the negative emotions of patients with chronic peptic ulcer,and improve health belief,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
