穴位贴敷联合小儿推拿在婴幼儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究穴位贴敷联合小儿推拿在婴幼儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至12月本院收治的94例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上加用穴位贴敷和小儿推拿。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预5 d后,两组的中医症状评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的发热、气喘、咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预7 d后,两组的FVC、FEV1均增大,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预7 d后,两组的CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,IFN-γ水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合小儿推拿应用在婴幼儿支气管肺炎的护理中有助于改善临床症状及呼吸功能,减轻炎症反应,提高家属的护理满意度。Objective To study the application effect of acupoint application combined with infantile massage in nursing of infantile bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 94 children with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was added with acupoint application and infantile massage on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 5 d of intervention,the TCM symptom score in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,asthma,cough and pulmonary rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention,FVC and FEV1 in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were greater than the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention,the levels of CRP and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and the level of IFN-γincreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of children's families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application combined with infantile massage applied in nursing of infantile bronchopneumonia can help to improve clinical symptoms and respiratory function,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
