基于微信平台的延续性护理在胆石症术后携T管出院患者中的应用效果及对MUIS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探究基于微信平台的延续性护理在胆石症术后携T管出院患者中的应用效果及对疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评分的影响。方法选择榆林市第一医院2018年5月至2020年7月收治的100例胆石症术后携T管出院患者为此次研究对象,根据计算机随机化法将其分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规出院指导以及护理干预,试验组给予基于微信平台的延续性护理。比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者的不可预测性、复杂性、不连贯性、不确定性评分及MUIS总分均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的延续性护理应用在胆石症术后携T管出院患者中能够降低MUIS评分及并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in patients discharged with T-tube after cholelithiasis operation and its influence on mishel's uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)score.Methods A total of 100 patients discharged with T-tube after cholelithiasis operation admitted in the first hospital of Yulin from May 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the objects of this study,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to computer randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge guidance and nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given continuous nursing based on WeChat platform.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the unpredictability,complexity,incoherence,uncertainty scores and total score of MUIS in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on WeChat platform applied in patients discharged with T-tube after cholelithiasis operation can reduce MUIS score and incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
