摘 要:近年来,大多数工厂均已从城市搬移至郊区,控制噪声污染的同时保障当地居民的健康生活。但还是有少数企业离居民生活区较近,锅炉降噪成为针对此类企业的有效整改措施。我国制定了关于企业噪声排放标准和从生活角度规定噪声的划分标准。根据无锡市环境噪声功能区分类,某船舶研究所属于3类声环境功能区,按相关规范要求,白天厂界噪声不超过65 dB,晚上不超过55 dB。研究通过隔声屏模拟与强度计算,解决厂区噪声排放不达标问题。In recent years, most factories have been moved from cities to suburbs to control noise pollution and ensure the healthy life of local residents. However, there are still a few enterprises close to residential areas, and boiler noise reduction has become an effective rectification measure for such enterprises. China has formulated noise emission standards for enterprises and noise classification standards from the perspective of life. According to the classification of environmental noise functional areas in Wuxi, a ship research institute belongs to class 3 sound environmental functional areas. According to the requirements of relevant specifications, the noise at the factory boundary during the day shall not exceed 65 dB and at night shall not exceed 55 d B. In the study, through the simulation and strength calculation of sound insulation screen, the problem of noise emission in the plant area is solved.
