摘 要:使用PR方程结合vdW法则编制三元混合工质R1234yf/R134a/R152a (0.71/0.12/0.17)的热力性质计算程序,在此基础上对其热力学特性、不同蒸发温度下的循环性能、安全性、环保性及与润滑油的互溶性进行理论研究。研究发现,新型混合工质的热力学特性与R134a相近,其COP、单位质量制冷量、排气温度分别较R134a低2.93%~4.46%、12.90%~14.59%、4.3~6.6℃,单位体积制冷量相当,整体循环性能不弱于R513A和D4Y;安全等级为A2L,与聚酯类润滑油互溶性较好,具备在汽车空调中对R134a进行直接灌注式替代的潜力。The program to calculate the thermodynamic properties of R1234yf/R134a/R152a(0.71/0.12/0.17) was compiled by using PR EOS with vdW mixing rule. On the basis of this method, thermodynamic properties, cycle performance with the changing evaporating temperatures, safty performance, environmental performance, and the compatibility with lubricating oil were studied theoretically. It was found that the thermodynamic properties and cooling capacity per volume were similar to R134a;the COP, cooling capacity per mass, and discharge temperature were respectively 2.93%~4.46%, 12.90%~14.59% and 4.3~6.6 ℃ lower than R134a;the overall cycle performance was not weaker than that of R513A and D4Y;the safety grade was A2L, and the miscibility with polyester lubricants were good.The R134a could well be substituted directly by using new mixed refrigerant without changing the equipments of refrigerating system.
