摘 要:作为关键的港内设施之一,航标的正常工作对进出港船舶的安全、经济航行起着至关重要的作用,为使航标监测方式适应不断繁荣的国内港口所要求的安全和高效管理目标,保证航标能够无盲区地与信息处理中心之间进行信息传输。本论文结合天津港航道航标管理的实际情况,设计出一种基于北斗卫星导航定位系统的数字航标。本论文利用信息采集、数据通讯及信息终端等技术,以北斗卫星系统为基础,设计了一种智能化的数字航标,对天津港航标智能化和数字化管理模式进行积极探索。As one of the key facilities in the port,the normal operation of navigation aids plays a vital role in the safe sailing of ships into and out of the port at lower costs.In order to make the navigation aids monitoring method adaptable to the safe and efficient management objectives required by the booming domestic ports and to ensure the information transmission between the navigation aids and the information processing center without blind area.In this paper,with the actual situation of the approach channel navigation aids management in the Port of Tianjin,one type of digital navigation mark based on the Beidou navigation satellite system is described,that is,the intelligent digital navigation mark is designed based on the Beidou satellite system by the technical methods such as information collection,data communication and information terminal,also the intelligent and digital management of the navigation aids in the Port of Tianjin is discussed.
