摘 要:自动化集装箱堆场结构设计是智能化码头的重要组成部分,工艺流程和普通集装箱码头有很大区别,因为堆场内无人作业,就要求维修维护的频率低,设备走行轨道的平稳度要求也更高,所以顺应工艺流程的合理的堆场结构至关重要。本文针对自动化集装箱装卸作业的特点,提出五种可能的堆场结构,并对其优缺点和适用性进行了详细分析和比选,经过论证认为钢筋混凝土条形基础+碎石简易面层在受力、后期沉降、使用效果、耐久性、美观等方面更适合本工程。The structure of container yard foundation is an important part in the design of an intelligent container terminal.The technological process of the terminal is very different from that of the conventional container terminal.Because the yard is unmanned,it requires low maintenance frequency and higher stability of traveling equipment track.Therefore,a reasonable yard foundation structure conforming to the process flow is very important.In this paper,five yard structure candidates are proposed according to the characteristics of automatic container loading and unloading operations,together with a detailed analysis and comparison of their advantages,disadvantages and applicability.As results,the reinforced concrete strip foundation+gravel pavement is deemed more suitable for the project in terms of stress,service life settlement,effect,durability and appearance.
