摘 要:码头进出港闸口是整个码头项目的门户和标志性建筑,为体现港区特色,进出港闸口的建筑造型新颖,对结构设计要求较高。天津港C段智能化集装箱码头工程进出港闸口钢结构采用钢排架结构,每处柱子由两根树叉型钢圆管组成,屋面框架主梁之间采用刚性连接形成整体,放置于树叉型钢柱顶部。钢柱与钢梁连接节点、柱脚节点设计是本工程的难点。本文对闸口钢结构设计条件取值及结构形式布置进行了详细的说明,并分析了结构在各状态下的强度和稳定情况。对屋面风荷载的取值以及梁柱节点分析进行了探讨。希望通过本次研究对类似工程设计提供帮助。The entrance/exit gate is deemed as the gateway and landmark of a port project.In order to reflect the characteristics of the port,the architectural image of the entrance/exit gate should be made novel,which requires higher level of structural design.The entrance/exit gate of the Intelligent Container Terminal in the Tianjin Port employs the steel bent frame structure,with each column composed of two forked steel round pipes,the rigid connection adopted between the main beams of the roof frame to form a whole and placed on the top of the column.The connection joint between the column and beam as well as the column base joint is the difficulty in the design.In this paper,the design conditions and the structural arrangement are described in detail,together with the strength and stability of the structure under various states being analyzed as well as the determination of the wind load on roof structures and beam column joints being discussed.It is expect that the paper be helpful for the other similar engineering design.
