城市户籍居民对于农民工的社会接纳研究--基于宁波市的问卷数据

摘　　要：现阶段市民对于农民工的社会接纳度比较低,但心理接纳度高于行为接纳度;农民工的人力资本、户籍身份、生活习俗、社会流动、规则意识、社会冲突是影响社会接纳的主要因素;市民与农民工的社会分离较为显著。上述发现与国外学者的研究发现一致。文章就如何提升市民对于农民工的社会接纳度提出了对策建议。This paper defined the social acceptance and influencing factors of citizens for migrant workers at present.Social acceptance was relatively low,but psychological acceptance was higher than behavioral acceptance.Migrant workers'human capital,registered residence status,living habits,social mobility,rule awareness and social conflict were the factors that influenced social acceptance.The social separation between citizens and migrant workers was more significant.The above findings were consistent with the research findings of foreign scholars.Finally,it put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the social acceptance of migrant workers.
