摘 要:本文分析了汽车后视镜电机使用中的种种问题,其中部分原因来自于微电机的性能。而汽车微电机在设计中,磁瓦的尺寸形状对电机性能有非常重要的影响,等厚磁瓦引起电机振动噪声变大、电流波形差、电刷放电大、性能不稳定等问题,本文通过电机的理论分析,提出了三种偏心的设计方法,通过实验,比较和分析了不同偏心磁瓦对电机性能的影响,通过波形分析和性能比较,验证了分析结果的正确性和可行性,对于车用微电机的设计有一定的指导意义。This paper analyzed various problems in the use of automobile rearview mirror,some reasons of which is due to the performance of micro motor.In the design of automobile micromotor,the shape of magnetic tile has a very important impact on the performance of the motor.The uniform thickness magnetic tile has the problems of high noise and unstable performance.In this paper,through the theoretical analysis of the motor,three eccentric design methods were proposed.Through experiments,the influence of different eccentric magnetic tiles on the performance of the motor was compared and analyzed,The correctness and feasibility of the analysis results were verified,which had a certain guiding significance for the design of vehicle micromotor.
