摘　　要：目的构建一套科学规范且符合日间手术护理质量的客观评价体系。方法采用文献回顾和研究小组讨论形成指标条目池,采用德尔菲法专家咨询法,对条目进行修订,最终形成日间手术护理质量客观评价指标体系。结果形成的日间手术护理质量评价指标体系包含了6项一级指标、11项二级指标和16项三级指标,经过2轮专家咨询,积极系数分别为0.95和0.95,权威系数均为0.789,专家意见协调程度较好。结论构建的日间手术护理质量指标体系具有良好的客观性和可行性,能用于日间手术护理质量的评价。Objective To construct a scientific and standardized objective evaluation system that was consistent with the quality of day surgery care.Methods The literature review and research group discussion were used to form the index item pool.After the Delphi method,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted to revise the items,and finally an objective evaluation index system for the quality of day surgery care was formed.Results The result of the formation of the evaluation index system for the quality of day surgery care included 6 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 16 third-level indicators.After two rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficients were 0.95,0.95,and the authority coefficients was 0.789.The coordination of expert opinions was better.Conclusion The established index system of day surgery nursing quality has good objectivity and feasibility,and can be used to evaluate the nursing quality of day surgery.
