摘 要:光催化因绿色环保、可利用丰富的太阳能被广泛应用于环境污染治理和能源开发领域。二氧化钛作为典型的半导体光催化剂,因制备简易、价格低廉、对环境友好而一直备受关注。然而其较宽的禁带宽度、光生载流子易复合等缺点限制了其广泛应用,解决这些缺陷成为目前的主要工作。铋基半导体材料由于较为特殊的结构、带隙能较低、在可见光下有较高的光催化活性而近年来被关注。铋基半导体复合二氧化钛,能够突破二氧化钛固有的缺陷,从而进一步提高其复合体系的可见光光催化活性。介绍了二氧化钛的结构和催化原理,在此基础上着重综述了几种典型的铋基半导体复合二氧化钛纳米材料的制备方法、可见光催化原理以及应用。Photocatalysis is widely used in the fields of environmental pollution treatment and energy development due to its green environmental protection and abundant solar energy.As a typical semiconductor photocatalyst,TiO;has always attracted attention because of its easy preparation,low price,and environmental friendliness. However,its wide forbidden band width,photo-generated carriers easy to recombine and other shortcomings limit its wide application.Solving these shortcomings has become the main work at present.Bismuth-based semiconductor materials have attracted attention in recent years because of their special structure,low band gap energy,and high photocatalytic activity under visible light.Bismuth-based semiconductor composite TiO_(2) can break through the inherent defects of TiO;,thereby further improving the visible light photocatalytic activity of its composite system.The structure and catalytic principle of TiO;were introduced.On this basis,the preparation methods,visible light catalytic principle and application of several typical bismuth based semiconductor composite TiO;nanomaterials were reviewed.
