短视频舆情态势感知的理论和技术探析

摘　　要：近来频发的短视频舆情事件使得短视频舆情引发广泛关注,自媒体需要有利监管,如何准确预测舆情态势成为研究的关键课题。由于短视频舆情相较传统舆情的差异性,传统舆情监测方法并不能满足短平快平台的舆情监测要求。舆情是民众的意愿,而态势感知的核心是人,将态势感知思想引入短视频舆情监测活动场景,构建短视频舆情态势感知体系,分别从态势察觉、态势理解、态势投射3个层面对舆情监控预测,并重点分析态势感知中的可用技术。尝试从系统模型和技术层面搭建短视频舆情理论研究与系统实现之间的桥梁,做到准确洞悉短视频舆情态势,为后续研究工作提供借鉴。The frequent short video public opinion events in recent two years have aroused widespread concern about the network public opinion spread by the short video platform.We media needs favorable supervision.How to accurately predict the public opinion situation has become a key research topic.Due to the differences between short video public opinion and traditional public opinion,the traditional public opinion monitoring methods can’t meet the public opinion monitoring requirements of short,flat and fast platform.Public opinion is the will of the people,and the core of situational awareness is people.Introduce the idea of situation awareness into the short video public opinion monitoring activity scene,build a short video public opinion situation awareness system,monitor and predict public opinion from three levels:situation awareness,situation understanding and situation projection,and focus on the analysis of available technologies in situation awareness.Try to build a bridge between the theoretical research and system implementation of short video public opinion from the system model and technical level,so as to accurately understand the situation of short video public opinion and provide reference for follow-up research.
