摘 要:以蓝果树嫩枝芽作为外植体,对蓝果树组织培养技术中无菌外植体的获得、芽的增殖、诱导生根等方法进行研究。结果表明:3月份水培长出的嫩枝芽为蓝果树嫩芽组培的最佳外植体,其污染率低,成活率高;继代增殖培养基以MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA为宜,芽生长状况较好;1/2WPM+0.1 mg/LNAA+0.1 mg/LIBA为最佳生根培养基,生根率可达100%,初步建立了蓝果树嫩芽组培快繁技术体系。Buds of Nyssa sinensis were used as explants to research the key points in tissue culture,including ex‐plant sterilization,proliferation and rooting.The results showed that the buds grown by hydroponics in March were the best explants for buds tissue culture of Nyssa sinensis with low pollution rate and high survival rate.The best medium for proliferation was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,and the buds grew well.1/2WPM+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L IBA was the best medium for rooting,and the rooting rate was 100%.A rapid propagation of Nyssa sinensis was then preliminarily established.
