摘　　要：文章筛选出人体较多角质层老化部位,使用宣称有去角质功效的沐浴露,连续14天,每天早晚用样各1次,初始值、第7天、第14天利用皮肤纹理扫描仪Visioscan(VC20)用于检测角质层剥落数(SEsc),角质层剥落数(SEsc)值越小,说明测试区域的角质层越少,去角质的效果越好,在皮肤结构和屏障功能的无损检测中有一定临床价值。In this paper,a large number of aging parts of human cuticle were screened out,and the body wash claimed to have exfoliating effects was used for 14 consecutive days,once in the morning and once in the evening.The initial value,7th and 14th days were used to detect the cuticle exfoliation number(SEsc)by skin texture scanner Visioscan(VC20).These results indicate that the less cuticle in the test area,the better the effect of exfoliation,which has certain clinical value in the nondestructive detection of skin structure and barrier function.
