摘 要:本文采用三步化学去污法,选用蒸汽发生器传热管—镍基合金新13号作为腐蚀试样,研究化学去污液对预制膜试样的去污能力及对镍基合金基体的腐蚀性能,并探究不同去污温度(80℃、85℃和95℃)对预制膜试样的去污影响。采用分析天平对去污前后试样质量变化进行测定,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等方法对试样进行形貌结构分析,结果表明,预制膜试样表面覆盖一层致密的黑色氧化膜,其厚度约1μm,晶粒分布均匀,在0.3~1.0μm范围内;本文设计的化学去污液对基体材料并无腐蚀损伤,且与80℃和85℃相比,在95℃去污温度下,试样表面氧化膜全部脱落。通过研究镍基合金在化学去污液中的清洗去污行为,为蒸汽发生器传热管的去污工艺提供有力的实验数据支撑。In this paper,the three-step chemical decontamination method was used to study the corrosion performance of the chemical decontamination solution on the substrate sample and the prefabricated film sample,and the decontamination performance of the prefabricated film sample under different decontamination temperatures(80℃,85℃and 95℃)was investigated.The samples were analyzed by scaning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and the mass change of the samples before and after decontamination.The results showed that the surface of the prepared sample was covered with a dense black oxide film with a thickness of about 1μm,and the grains were evenly distributed.In the range of(0.3~1.0)μm,the chemical decontamination solution and decontamination temperature(95℃)have no corrosion damage to the matrix material.Compared with 80℃and 85℃,the oxide film on the surface of the sample completely fell off at the decontamination temperature 95℃,.By studying the decontamination behavior of nickel based alloy in chemical decontamination solution,the experimental data support for decontamination process of steam generator heat transfer tube was provided.
