摘  要:石人沟铁矿三期工程自采区域主要应用扇形中深孔爆破崩落矿石,在实际生产中,受各种因素影响,中深孔爆破后产生较多大块,后续处理严重影响矿房出矿效率。通过分析原有生产工艺,应用小抵抗线宽孔距爆破技术,并通过实践证明此方法有效降低了中深孔爆破落矿的大块率,提高了爆破质量,降低了生产经营成本。In the self-mining area of Phase III project of Shirengou Iron Mine,sector-shaped medium-deep hole blasting is mainly used for caving ores.In actual production,affected by various factors,many large blocks are produced after medium-deep hole blasting,and subsequent treatment seriously affects the mining efficiency of chambers.Through analyzing the original production process and applying small burden wide hole spacing blasting technology,it is proved by practice that this method can effectively reduce the large block rate of medium and deep hole blasting,improve the blasting quality and reduce the production and operation cost.
