摘  要:矾山磷矿采用的采矿方法为平底结构分段凿岩阶段出矿嗣后充填采矿法。原回采工艺存在二次掘进充填体、频繁搬运凿岩设备和出渣设备、制作充填挡墙存在安全隐患以及矿房之间生产接续时间长等问题。阐述了气囊置换充填体工艺,该工艺主要是向外调整了充填挡墙位置,在充填挡墙内放置一个充气囊,气囊周边放置滤水管,用气囊占用一定的体积,从而回采相邻矿房时不需要二次掘充填体。该工艺使盘区内相邻矿房回采前不再需要二次掘进充填体,缩短了矿房之间回采衔接时间约15天;解决了充填体需要分开提升到地表的问题;提升了生产效率,为类似矿山采用充填法采矿提供了经验。The mining method used in the Fanshan Phosphate Mine is the flat-bottom structure staged rock drilling stage mining method followed by filling mining method.The original mining process has problems such as secondary excavation of the backfill body,frequent handling of rock drilling equipment and slag extraction equipment,hidden safety hazards in the production of backfill retaining walls,and long production continuation time between chambers.This paper expounds the process of replacing the filling body with airbags.The process is mainly to adjust the position of the filling retaining wall outwards,place an inflatable bag in the filling retaining wall,place a water filter pipe around the airbag,and use the airbag to occupy a certain volume.Therefore,it is not necessary to excavate the filling body twice when the adjacent chambers are mined.This process eliminates the need for secondary excavation of the filling body before the mining of adjacent chambers in the panel,shortens the mining connection time between mine houses by about 15 days;solves the problem that the filling body needs to be raised to the surface separately;improves the production efficiency,which provides experience for similar mines using filling method mining.
